Person responsible for the protection of personal information

ML Informatique is responsible for protecting the personal information collected as part of its activities. Questions and requests for access, correction or deletion may be sent to info@mlinformatique.com or made by phone at 450-377-0586.

Information collected

The form may collect your name, company name, phone number, email address, request type, preferred contact method and a description of the issue or project. A non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address may be retained temporarily to limit abusive submissions; the raw IP address is not included in request emails.

Use

This information is used only to review your request, communicate with you, plan service, prepare an estimate and follow up on the requested work. It is not sold or used for unsolicited advertising campaigns.

Transmission and hosting

The website and email services rely on technology providers required for business operations. Forms are transmitted by email to ML Informatique. Do not enter passwords, banking information or information that is not required to process your request.

Retention and destruction

Requests are retained for the period required for processing, administrative follow-up, after-sales service and applicable obligations. They are then deleted, securely destroyed or anonymized when retention is no longer required.

Cookies and privacy choices

Optional statistics are disabled on your first visit. You may accept them, reject them or customize your choice. Rejecting statistics does not prevent you from using the website, forms or services offered. Your preference is retained for approximately 180 days in a strictly necessary cookie. You may change it at any time using the “Manage cookies” button in the footer. When statistics are rejected, existing analytics cookies are removed and no new statistical measurement is recorded.

Optional internal website measurement

After you accept, the website produces internal statistics to measure viewed pages, visit periods, general traffic source, campaigns identified through UTM parameters, device type, navigation paths, important button clicks, contact-form starts and successful submissions, scroll depth, active engagement time, browser performance metrics and HTTP errors. No advertising service, session recording, heatmap or external analytics tool is used. A non-reversible HMAC fingerprint is used to estimate visitors. A random, protected first-party cookie limited to approximately thirty minutes of inactivity maintains a rolling navigation session and its acquisition source; it contains no identity, IP address or viewed content. The raw IP address and full user-agent string are not retained in the statistics database. Detailed data is retained for no more than 24 months. Form statistics do not contain names, phone numbers, email addresses or message content. Encrypted-tool statistics do not contain text, files, file names, keys or passwords.

Encrypted sharing tool

The tool encrypts and decrypts content in the browser. The server temporarily stores the encrypted content, expiration information and required cryptographic parameters, but it does not receive the message, file names, file contents or password in clear text. Encrypted content, which may include a message and up to five files, is removed at expiration, after reading when that option is enabled, or when a person holding the deletion token requests removal. A technical fingerprint of the IP address may be retained temporarily to limit abuse and the number of links created.

Your rights

You may request access to personal information held about you, as well as its correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal and administrative requirements. ML Informatique may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
